SON is the stage name of Susan O Neill,  who argues through her work, for a transnational melding of musical styles, encompassing the old and new.  After the release of her first album ‘found myself lost’, Susan has been compared to Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse, a ‘ballsier’ Adele and Florence Welch.  Eclectically fusing traditional Irish folk with rock, soul, gospel and blues, her live performances are electrifying.
