MORNING SESSION: FUTURE PLANNING FOR CREATIVES | 10AM-12PM
A business or strategic plan is more than a way to make a bank or funder happy. It can be a truly invaluable tool to help you figure out where you’re going – and why. ‘Future Planning for Creatives’ is a fun and practical workshop that reframes the business and strategic planning process, made specifically for creative practitioners and arts businesses.
AFTERNOON SESSION: CREATIVE’S GUIDE TO MARKETING | 1PM-3PM
Marketing is one of the most challenging aspects of running a creative business or working in the arts. However, there is a simple solution to making marketing more palatable – take out the sales and focus on the strategy. The Creative’s Guide to Marketing workshop shares a simple six-step strategic approach designed to take the pain out of promotion, and put people back at the heart of marketing.
