Building Resilience

This talk explores how to help our children navigate a world with so many ups and downs.

How do we foster resilience in our children without them becoming disconnected or pessimistic?

What do we model to our children, and how can helping them too much become a problem?

We will also explore :

- How to support children through adversity

- Navigating anxiety and worry

- Helping our children find their power
